  providing an appropriation to judicial district departments of
  correctional services for additional staff to address workload needs.

  board of directors of a school district and the authorities in charge of
  an accredited nonpublic school to secure the performance of criminal
  and child and dependent adult abuse record checks on all persons
  newly employed by the school district or school as instructional or
