  requiring the board of directors of a school district to adopt a contract
  with parents as

  related matters.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 8:  Redfern, Rehberg, Angelo, Boettger, Gaskill, Sexton,
  Tinsman,
  and Veenstra.  Nays, 7:  Connolly, Dvorsky, Fink, Harper, Redwine, Shearer,
  and
  Szymoniak.  Absent or not voting, none.
