  to
  regulation and inspection of health care facilities including the
  establishment of a

  renewal of certain licenses related to selling vehicles, and motor carrier
  regulation,
  making penalties applicable, and providing effective dates.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 13:  Drake, Sexton, McCoy, Fink, Fraise, Freeman, Jensen,
  Judge,
  Kibbie, McKean, McKibben, Rittmer, and Zieman.  Nays, none.  Absent or not
  voting,
  none.
