  IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate Concurrent Resolution 103 and Senate File 2089 be
  immediately messaged to the House.

  CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNOR'S APPOINTMENTS

  In accordance with Senate Rule 59, Senator Iverson called up the
