  providing effective dates.

  Relating to nonsubstantive Code corrections.

  SSB 3016	Small Business, Economic Development, and
  Tourism

  Relating to the refundability of the investment tax credit under
  the new jobs and income program.

  Relating to compensation of members on the Iowa economic
  development board.

  Providing for a .08 blood alcohol concentration limit for operating
  while intoxicated offenses.

  Relating to the criminal jurisdiction of the state regarding the
  crimes of escape and absence from custody.

  Relating to the appearance in court and the release from custody
