  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senate Resolution 102, by Jensen and Gronstal, a Senate
  resolution requesting that Congress grant states the authority to
  regulate automatic teller machine or satellite terminal charges
  assessed by financial institutions.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Commerce.

  INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

  Senate File 2037, by Boettger, a bill for an act relating to the
  authority of the state board of educational examiners to develop a
  code of professional rights and responsibilities, practices, and ethics
  for practitioners.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Education.

  Senate File 2038, by Harper, a bill for an act providing for
  education requirements for motor vehicle dealers and providing
  penalties.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Transportation.

  Senate File 2039, by Harper, a bill for an act relating to the
  carrying and transportation of antique firearms.
