Adjourned: 10:26 a.m. INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTIONS Senate Concurrent Resolution 102, by Iverson, a concurrent resolution urging the President of the United States, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and the United States Congress, immediately take all actions necessary in order to immediately prohibit the use of methyl tertiary butyl ether as an additive in gasoline. Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on Natural Resources and Environment. Senate Concurrent Resolution 103, by Kibbie, a concurrent resolution relating to the observation of the decade of the bone and joint. Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on State Government. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS Senate File 2007, by McKean, a bill for an act relating to responsibilities of a guardian in procuring professional services for a ward with a physical or mental disability which do not require prior court approval.
