and regulatory matters, making appropriations, and including
effective date and retroactive applicability provisions, was taken up
for consideration.
Murphy of Dubuque offered the following amendment H-9116 filed
by him from the floor and moved its adoption:

2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, line 15, by striking the figure
4 "26,492,712" and inserting the following:
5 "28,852,267".
6 2. Page 1, line 26, by striking the figure

8 "12,852,267".
