I move to reconsider the vote by which Senate File 2241 passed the
House on April 17, 2000.

EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Monday,
April 17, 2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on
House Files 2433, 2569 and 2573.
