Hahn of Muscatine moved to concur in the Senate amendment
H-8727, to the House amendment.
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 48, nays 22.
The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-8727, to the House amendment.

further amended by the Senate and concurred in by the House, be
