EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 5, 2000.
Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files 2377,
2511, 2533 and House Resolution 107.
ARNOLD of Lucas
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 5, 2000.
Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files 2377
