Kreiman of Davis offered the following amendment H-8281, to
amendment H-8119, filed by him from the floor and moved its
adoption:

H-8281

1 Amend the amendment, H-8119, to House File 2436 as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 1, by striking lines 14 through 16 and
4 inserting the following: "revisions based upon
5 demographic".

Amendment H-8281 was adopted.

Kreiman of Davis moved the adoption of amendment H-8119, as
amended.

A non-record roll call was requested.

The ayes were 23, nays 50.

Amendment H-8119 lost.

Grundberg of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
