IMMEDIATE MESSAGES
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House
Files 2248, 2291, 2362 and 2365.
HOUSE FILE 2483 REREFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 2483, previously referred
to committee on ways and means was rereferred to committee on
economic development.
EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Tuesday,
February 29, 2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on
House File 2113.
BRAUNS of Muscatine
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Monday,
February 28, 2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on
House Files 2008, 2240, 2247 and 2279.
EDDIE of Buena Vista
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 29,
2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House
Concurrent Resolution 15, House Files 2113, 2179, 2239, 2252, 2315
and 2330.
