House File 2362, a bill for an act relating to the establishment of
a domestic abuse death review team and providing a penalty, was
taken up for consideration.
Davis of Wapello offered the following amendment H-8061 filed by
him and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 2362 as follows:
2 1. Page 2, by striking line 34 and inserting the
3 following:
4 "m. Both a female and a male victim of domestic
5 abuse."
