The House met pursuant to adjournment at 8:48 a.m., Speaker pro
tempore Sukup in the chair.
Prayer was offered by Reverend Timothy J. Hogan, pastor of St.
Mary's Catholic and St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Ashton and
Sibley.
The Journal of Monday, February 28, 2000 was approved.
