On motion by Mascher of Johnson amendment H-8023, as
amended, was adopted placing amendment H-8012 filed by Mascher
of Johnson on February 8, 2000, out of order.
Falck of Fayette offered the following amendment H-8015 filed by
him and Ford of Polk and moved its adoption:
