The Speaker announced that House File 2293, presently placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on appropriations.
HOUSE FILE 2309 REREFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 2309, previously referred
to committee on transportation was rereferred to committee on
commerce and regulation.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 17,
2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
686, 2172 and 2198.
