Raecker, a bill for an act relating to the abatement of state sales tax
and local option sales and services tax owed by a retailer as a result
of reliance upon erroneous written advice received from the
department of revenue and finance and including an effective date.

relating to the renewal date for a license issued by the board of
educational examiners.
