SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Bell of Jasper presented to the House, Stephen S.F. Chen
Representative to the United States from China; Sheng Sung Yang,
Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in
China; and Hank Liu, aid to Director General Yang from Taipei.
Ambassador Chen addressed the House briefly regarding trade
policies and the importance of friendship and support of the United
States.
The House rose and expressed its welcome.
