HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
H.S.B. 552 Local Government
Relating to the powers and duties of county officers with respect to
county warrants.
H.S.B. 553 Local Government
Relating to applications for, the issuance, filing, and recording of mar-
riage licenses, including real property records changed in conjunction
with marital name changes, and solemnization of marriage.
H.S.B. 554 Judiciary
Relating to the finding of an indictment or the filing of a trial
information for offenses that are subject to the maximum
accumulation of good conduct time of fifteen percent of the total
sentence of confinement.
H.S.B. 555 Judiciary
Relating to nonsubstantive Code corrections.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendation has been received and
is on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.
