AFTERNOON SESSION
The House reconvened at 1:00 p.m., Speaker Siegrist in the chair.
ADOPTION OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 101
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent for the
immediate consideration of House Resolution 101, a resolution
honoring Mr. Steve Lose for his heroism in assisting the Iowa State
Patrol.
Baudler of Adair moved the adoption of House Resolution 101.
The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED
The following communications were received and filed in the office
of the Chief Clerk:
BOARD OF REGENTS
A report on our successful use of "home telemedicine" in the Indigent Patient Care
Program, pursuant to Chapter 205.14, 1999 Acts of the Seventy-eighth General
Assembly.
The Five-Year Capitol Building Program Report for Fiscal Years 2001-2005,
pursuant to Chapter 262A.3, Code of Iowa.
CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION
The Annual Savings Report on ICN Usage for Fiscal Year 1999, pursuant to
Chapter 8D.10, Code of Iowa.
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
A report on savings incurred from using the Iowa Communications Network,
pursuant to Chapter 8D.10, Code of Iowa.
DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
The Intermediate Criminal Sanctions Reports from Judicial Districts 1 and 3,
pursuant to Chapter 202, 1999 Acts of the Seventy-eighth General Assembly.
