  resolution requesting that the Legislative Council authorize a legislative
  interim study
  to plan for the growing long-term needs of Iowans.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 11:  Iverson, Kramer, Gronstal, Dvorsky, Fink, Harper,
  Jensen,
  Lundby, Redfern, Rehberg, and Rittmer.  Nays, none.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  ALSO:

  Final Bill Action:  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 25, a concurrent
  resolution to provide for adjournment sine die.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
