  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Michael Coverdale,
  as a member of the Commission on Community Action Agencies,
  placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 6, 1999, and
  found on page 974 of the Senate Journal.

  Senator Shearer moved that the foregoing appointment be
  confirmed by the Senate.

  On the question "Shall the appointee be confirmed?" the vote was:
