With the adoption of amendment S-3325, the Chair ruled amendment S-3208 filed by Senator Angelo on March 31, 1999, out of order Senator McCoy asked and received unanimous consent that action on House File 476 be deferred. COMMITTEE REPORT RULES AND ADMINISTRATION Final Bill Action: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 22, a concurrent resolution recognizing the Annie E. Casey Foundation for the Foundation's many contributions to this state's efforts to the well-being of Iowa's children and families through community-based reforms. Recommendation: DO PASS.
