  McCoy and Maddox from the floor, to pages 15 and 16 of the bill,
  moved its adoption and requested a record roll call.

  Senator Fink offered amendment S-3326 filed by him from the
  floor, to pages 21, 24 and to the title page of the bill.

  Senator Maddox raised the point order that amendment S-3326
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-3326 out
  of order.

  Senator McCoy offered amendment S-3323 filed by Senators
  McCoy, Gronstal and Maddox from the floor, to page 24 of the bill and
  moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.
