Senator Angelo offered amendment S-3314 filed by him from the floor, to page 2 of the bill and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3314 was adopted by a voice vote. Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3276 filed by him on April 6, 1999, to pages 10 and 24 of the bill. Senator Lamberti called for a division of amendment S-3276: lines 3-17 as division A; lines 18-42 as division B. Senator Lamberti asked and received unanimous consent that action on amendment S-3276 division A be deferred.
