House File 375 On motion of Senator Schuerer, House File 375, a bill for an act eliminating the requirement that information relating to open-end credit accounts and credit cards be filed with the treasurer of state, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Fink asked and received unanimous consent that action on House File 375 be deferred. MOTION TO RECONSIDER LOST Senate File 464 Senator Rehberg called up the motion to reconsider Senate File 464, a bill for an act relating to the funding of, operation of, and appropriation of moneys to the college student aid commission, the department of cultural affairs, the department of education, and the state board of regents, providing related statutory changes, and providing effective dates, filed by her on April 6, 1999, found on page 974 of the Senate Journal and moved its adoption. On the question "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?" (S.F. 464) the vote was:
