UNFINISHED BUSINESS (Deferred March 15, 1999) Senate File 339 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 339, a bill for an act providing for directional signs for historic sites listed on the national register of historic places, deferred March 15, 1999. Senator Flynn offered amendment S-3067 filed by him on March 15, 1999, to page 1 and to the title page of the bill. Senator Drake raised the point of order that amendment S-3067 was not germane to the bill.
