  to the
  Iowa egg council by providing for its administration and membership, and
  providing an
  effective date.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 15:  Gaskill, Miller, Fraise, Angelo, Bartz, Behn, Black,
  Hedge,
  Judge, Kibbie, Sexton, Shearer, Soukup, Veenstra, and Zieman.  Nays, none.
