  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up for
  consideration Senate File 366.

  Senate File 366

  On motion of Senator King, Senate File 366, a bill for an act making a
  supplemental appropriation for the fiscal year beginning
  July 1, 1998, for replacement of certain embedded chips in the technology
  and equipment of state departments and providing an
  effective date, was taken up for consideration.

  President Kramer took the chair at 3:13 p.m.

  Senator King moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon
  its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.
