  Senate File 314

  On motion of Senator Rittmer, Senate File 314, a bill for an act relating to
  the minimum training standards for operation of
  radiation machines, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Rittmer moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed
  upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice
  vote, and the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 314), the vote was:

  On motion of Senator Kibbie, Senate File 253, a bill for an act concerning
  reporting requirements for real estate conveyances
  relating to the identification of wells, disposal sites for solid waste,
  underground storage tanks, and hazardous waste, was taken up
  for consideration.

  Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-3061 filed by him from the floor to page
  1 of the bill and moved its adoption.
