  structure-related appropriations to the state department of transportation,
  including allocation and use of moneys from the general
  fund of the state, road use tax fund, and primary road fund, providing for
  the use of a former rest area, and providing for the non-
  reversion of certain moneys.

  Senate File 425, by committee on Education, a bill for an act relating to
  state school aid for budget years commencing with the
  budget year beginning July 1, 1999, and making appropriations and including
  effective and applicability date provisions.
