  Senate Joint Resolution 8, by Lamberti, a joint resolution proposing an
  amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa to
  reconvene the general assembly in order to reconsider vetoed bills and items
  of appropriation bills after adjournment sine die.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on State Government.
