  Members Present:  Tinsman, Chair; Veenstra, Vice Chair; Hammond, Ranking
  Member; Miller and Szymoniak.

  Members Absent:  None.

  Committee Business:  Discussion of property tax relief State and County
  shares.
  Presentation by DHS regarding SCAT.  Governor recommendations, plus County
  and
  State associations recommendations on Mental Health allowed growth for
  FY2001.
