  have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.

  Published copy of Senate File 55 and verified proof of publication
  of said bill in the Independence Bulletin Journal, a bi-weekly
  newspaper printed and published in Buchanan County, Iowa, on
  December 9, 1998, was filed with the Secretary of the Senate prior to
  the time said bill was placed on passage in the Senate.

  CONSIDERATION OF BILLS
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate Files 70 and 115.

  Senate File 70

  On motion of Senator Schuerer, Senate File 70, a bill for an act
  concerning unemployment insurance by providing for the distribution
  of certain moneys in the unemployment trust fund and the transfer of
  experience for unemployment insurance tax purposes, was taken up
  for consideration.

  Senator Schuerer moved that the bill be read the last time now
  and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 70), the vote was:
