  Final Vote:  Ayes, 12:  McKean, Lamberti, Hansen, Angelo, Dvorsky, Fraise,
  Hammond, Horn, Maddox, McCoy, Redfern, and Tinsman.  Nays, none.  Absent or

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
