  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate File 50.

  Senate File 50

  On motion of Senator Angelo, Senate File 50, a bill for an act
  providing additional funding for certain school districts that have
  either decreasing or increasing enrollments by extending the regular
  program district cost guarantee and by providing on-time funding,
  making an appropriation, and providing effective and applicability
  dates, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Angelo asked and received unanimous consent that
  House File 147 be substituted for Senate File 50.

  On motion of Senator Angelo, House File 147, a bill for an act
  providing additional funding for certain school districts that have
  either decreasing or increasing enrollments by extending the regular
  program district cost guarantee and by providing on-time funding,
  making an appropriation, and providing effective and applicability
  dates, was taken up for consideration.
