IMMEDIATE MESSAGE

Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that 
Senate File 468 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
The House resumed consideration of Senate File 465.
Jenkins of Black Hawk moved that the bill be read a last time now 
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was 
read a last time.
