 2   468, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
 3   as follows:
 4     1.  Page 1, by striking line 15 and inserting the
 5   following:

10     In addition to moneys appropriated in this
11   subsection, the executive council is authorized, in
12   its discretion, to disburse from the civil reparations

16   poverty grants as provided in section 13.34."
