Also: That the Senate has on April 19, 1999, passed the following resolution in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate Concurrent Resolution 17, a concurrent resolution to urge that the United States Congress enact and the United States Department of Agriculture implement measures necessary in order to allow the interstate sale of meat and poultry products by state-inspected establishments.
