Page 3, line 35, by inserting after the word 31 "misdemeanor." the following: "In addition to any 32 other penalties, the punishment imposed for a 33 violation of this subsection shall include assessment 34 of a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars." 35 7. Page 6, line 21, by inserting after the word 36 "misdemeanor." the following: "In addition to any 37 other penalties, the punishment imposed for a 38 violation of this subsection shall include assessment 39 of a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars." 40 8. Page 6, line 35, by inserting after the word 41 "misdemeanor." the following: "In addition to any 42 other penalties, the punishment imposed for a 43 violation of this section shall include assessment of 44 a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars." 45 9. Page 7, line 15, by inserting after the word 46 "misdemeanor." the following: "In addition to any 47 other penalties, the punishment imposed for a 48 violation of this section shall include assessment of 49 a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars." Kreiman of Davis asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment H-1465, to the committee amendment H-1394, filed by him on April 6, 1999. Raecker of Polk moved the adoption of the committee amendment H-1394. The committee amendment H-1394 was adopted.
