	Houser of Pottawattamie offered the following amendment H?1457 

filed by him and Hansen of Pottawattamie and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend House File 760 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 45, by inserting after line 27 the
 3   following:
 4     "3.  The department shall issue a request for
 5   proposals for developmental disabilities basic support
 6   and advocacy grants."
 7     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H?1457 was adopted.
Osterhaus of Jackson asked and received unanimous consent to 
withdraw amendment H-1433 filed by him on April 6, 1999.
Murphy of Dubuque offered amendment H?1385 filed by him as 
follows:

 1     Amend House File 760 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 49, by striking line 12 and inserting the
 3   following:
 4   "	$ 14,532,000"
Murphy of Dubuque asked and received unanimous consent to 
withdraw amendment H-1428, to amendment H-1385, filed by him 
on April 6, 1999.
Murphy of Dubuque offered the following amendment H?1515, to 
amendment H?1385, filed by him from the floor and moved its 
adoption:

 1     Amend the amendment, H-1385, to House File 760 as
 2   follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 2 the
 4   following:
 5     " ___.  Page 48, by striking line 29 and inserting
 6   the following:
 7   "	 $ 49,910,000""
