The House resumed consideration of House File 760.
Foege of Linn offered the following amendment H?1411 filed by 
him and moved its adoption:
H-1411
 1     Amend House File 760 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 37, by striking line 34 and inserting the
 3   following:
 4   "	$ 43,090,000"
 5     2.  Page 38, by striking line 7 and inserting the
 6   following:
 7   "	$  7,450,000
 8     Of the funding allocated in this paragraph "b",
 9   $350,000 shall be used to establish a 21-bed
10   psychogeriatric unit at the state mental health
11   institute at Clarinda."
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 42, nays 49.
Amendment H?1411 lost.
Millage of Scott offered the following amendment H?1426 filed by 
him and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend House File 760 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 37, by striking line 35 and inserting the
 3   following:

 5     2.  Page 38, by striking line 5 and inserting the
 6   following:

 8     3.  Page 48, by striking line 30 and inserting the
 9   following:

11     4.  Page 49, by striking line 13 and inserting the
12   following:
