Richardson of Warren offered the following amendment H?1420 
filed by him and moved its adoption:
H-1420
 1     Amend House File 758 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word
 3   "park." the following:  "However, the ordinance may
 4   require that the storm shelter is centrally located or
 5   not more than twelve hundred feet from any mobile
 6   home."
 7     2.  Page 1, line 21, by striking the word "five"
 8   and inserting the following:  "seven".
 9     3.  Page 2, line 17, by inserting after the word
10   "park." the following:  "However, the ordinance may
11   require that the storm shelter is centrally located or
12   not more than twelve hundred feet from any mobile
13   home."
14     4.  Page 2, line 19, by striking the word "five"
15   and inserting the following:  "seven".
Amendment H?1420 was adopted.
Jenkins of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H?1360 
filed by Jenkins, et al., and moved its adoption:
H-1360
 1     Amend House File 758 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, by striking lines 18 and 19.
 3     2.  Page 2, by striking lines 16 and 17.
 4     3.  By renumbering as necessary.
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 52, nays 37.
