House File 497, a bill for an act relating to certain programs and public health issues under the purview of the Iowa department of public health. Also: That the Senate has on April 5, 1999, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 518, a bill for an act relating to the fire safety provisions applicable to a bed and breakfast inn. Also: That the Senate has on April 5, 1999, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 633, a bill for an act restricting the awarding of child visitation rights to a parent convicted of murder in the first degree of the other parent. Also: That the Senate has on April 5, 1999, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 659, a bill for an act establishing the crime of identity theft and providing penalties. MICHAEL E. MARSHALL, Secretary The House stood at ease at 4:15 p.m., until the fall of the gavel. The House resumed session at 5:02 p.m., Speaker Corbett in the chair. The House resumed consideration of House File 444 and amendment H-1108 found on page 1030-1031 of the House Journal. Raecker of Polk moved the adoption of amendment H-1108. Amendment H-1108 was adopted. SENATE FILE 338 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 444 Raecker of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to substitute Senate File 338 for House File 444. Senate File 338, a bill for an act relating to access privileges to certain buildings and structures by certified local exchange carriers and franchised cable television providers, was taken up for consideration.
