SENATE FILE 193 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 515 Boddicker of Cedar asked and received unanimous consent to substitute Senate File 193 for House File 515. Senate File 193, a bill for an act relating to the duties of a guardian ad litem appointed to represent a child in juvenile court proceedings, was taken up for consideration. Boddicker of Cedar moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
