concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 457, a bill for an act relating to the Iowa educational savings plan trust, 
and including an effective date and retroactive applicability provision.

Senate File 441, by committee on education, a bill for an act 
providing an exemption from certain requirements of self-insured 
accident and health insurance plans provided by school corporations.
