date, previously deferred on March 11, 1999, was taken up for 
consideration.
Richardson of Warren asked and received unanimous consent to 
withdraw amendment H-1105 filed by him on March 17, 1999.
Wise of Lee asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw 
amendments H-1139 and H-1140 filed by him on March 19, 1999.
Huser of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and 
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read 
a last time.
