  1  3    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "(3)  That there was insufficient evidence to
  1  6 support the charge."
  1  7    #2.  Page 16, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY.  Section 22 of this Act
  1 10 is applicable to a revocation of a person's motor
  1 11 vehicle license or operating privilege under section
  1 12 321J.9 or 321J.12 based upon an act or acts which
  1 13 occurred on or after July 1, 1997."
