Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
that House Concurrent Resolution 13 be immediately messaged 
to the Senate.

The Speaker announced that House File 513, previously placed on 
the calendar was referred to committee on ways and means.
HOUSE FILE 517 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 517, previously placed on 
the calendar was referred to committee on appropriations.
EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 17, 
1999. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File 
461.

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Tuesday
